The state of Virginia was the focal point of the American Civil War, and had the most battles of the war fought within it. That is not to say that the war was won or lost in the East. That is a debate for historians and scholars. However, it is undeniable that more battles and skirmishes were fought within Virginia than any other state. The scenarios also provide a detailed Order of Battle showing each unit that fought in that battle, including figure ratios for 20, 30, 40, 50, and 100 historic men per figure/stand.
