This is a more animated pack of command, they're in the scrum of battle, yelling to keep up morale and "go go go!"

The banner waver comes with dimples in her hands where they can be drilled to accommodate a wire spear or something similar. A banner can then be fashioned out of anything you like, paper works really well.
